Who am I?

Hi, I’m Rebecca, a women’s coach and mentor who helps women rediscover who they are beneath the roles, expectations and survival patterns life has pushed on them.

Why this exists?

Women today are carrying unprecedented expectations to succeed, nurture, achieve, provide, look good, stay calm, stay grateful and be everything to everyone.

On paper, many are doing “well” but privately they feel exhausted, disconnected and unsure of who they even are anymore.

Losing yourself doesn’t discriminate. I meet women from all walks of life, different ages, careers and circumstances who feel unfulfilled, stretched thin and quietly questioning who they’ve become.

I know how easy it is to build a life around who you thought you had to be.

This work exists because I believe women deserve more than survival mode. They deserve stability within themselves. They deserve to understand their patterns, trust their own voice and live in alignment with who they truly are.

When a woman reconnects with herself, everything shifts. She doesn’t just improve her own wellbeing, she changes the energy in her home, her relationships, her workplace and her children watching her.

It’s my mission to help women stop abandoning themselves and start building lives that actually feel like their own.

The first step isn’t becoming someone new. It’s coming back to who you authentically are.

The work behind this approach?

My work helps women recognise and shift the patterns that keep them stuck, rebuild self-trust and take meaningful, sustainable action toward change.

This approach is grounded in nervous system awareness, emotional regulation and behavioural pattern work. It recognises that real change doesn’t come from forcing breakthroughs or pushing through discomfort. It comes from stabilising the body, understanding your responses and working with yourself rather than against yourself.

With a background in coaching and trauma-informed practice, I focus on helping women create change that feels steady, embodied, and lasting not dramatic or short-lived.
