Hi, I’m Rebecca, a women’s coach and mentor who helps women rediscover who they are beneath the roles, expectations and survival patterns life has pushed on them.

Why this exists?

This quiz was created by me for women who feel disconnected from themselves.

Many women lose touch with who they are not because they’re broken but because our roles, responsibilities and expectations pull our attention elsewhere.

Careers, motherhood, relationships, emotional stress and/or years of putting others first can leave you feeling empty, overwhelmed, unsure of who you are or what you want.

Deep down, there’s often a quiet knowing that something needs to change even when your life might look “fine” on paper.

The work behind this approach

My work focuses on helping women understand and shift the patterns that keep them stuck, rebuild self-trust and confidence, and take meaningful, sustainable action toward positive change in their lives.

This approach is grounded in scientific nervous-system awareness and emotional regulation, allowing change to happen naturally - without rushing the healing process, forcing breakthroughs or ignoring what your body is telling you.

Why this approach is different

The Identity Reset framework has a holistic principle recognising that there isn't a "one-size-fits-all" path to healing and growth.

This framework is shaped by years of working closely with women navigating emotional recovery, identity collapse and boundary rebuilding, alongside continued study in trauma-aware and somatic approaches.

It’s also informed by my own experience of losing touch with who I was and having to rebuild my sense of self from the ground up - which is why I know how important it is to approach change in a grounded, personalised and sustainable way.

Why this matters now?

Many women expect that life will feel clearer once the difficult situations, stress or overwhelm settles but instead find that they often feel flat, uncertain or still disconnected from themselves.

This isn’t failure; it’s a normal response to prolonged emotional, mental and societal pressures.

Women today face unprecedented expectations in their career, motherhood, relationships to name a few which can leave even capable, high-achieving women feeling exhausted, unseen and unsure of who they even are anymore.

The first step isn’t becoming someone new. It’s stabilising and reconnecting with who you already are.
